Business Primis was established by Noeleen Farnan in 2018. Noeleen is a highly qualified HR professional, with more than 20 years of experience advising organisations, both in the private and public sector, on all matters relating to employment regulations. Having held Senior Executive positions with some of the most prominent HR Advisory Companies in the UK, Noeleen recognised that in the field of human resources, client relationships, between HR Advisor, and those that are being provided with advice, absolutely depend upon trust, transparency, and continuity in the immediacy of contact. Too often, organisations were being provided with advice from multiple individuals within the same Advisory Firm. Simply put, the personal touch that is fundamental in client relationships became lost. Whilst this delegation of relationship may be a commercial effective business model for the Advisory Firm, few clients would agree that constant change in the advisers they dealt with created the trust, transparency, and confidence they needed in the critical and complex fields of employment regulations. Sharing her clients' frustrations, Noeleen decided to best serve their HR needs, and to ensure continuity of adviser, she would establish Business Primis Ltd., where the business that would come first, is that of her clients.
Unlike many HR Consultancies, the HR professional assigned to your business at the start of the contractual engagement remains with your business throughout the contract period. We appreciate that for many employers, employment law and regulations are daunting to understand, let alone adhere to. Whilst our role is to guide and advise what is best for your business and your employees, we also see our role to help you understand why the guidance we provide is in the best interests of you, the employer. Professional HR advice is not designed to just resolve issues after the fact, but rather, ensure the issues don't reoccur again, and, if we are engaged early enough by our clients, don't happen in the first instance.
We are advocates of providing practical advice, that helps your business navigate the maze that is Employment Law. We do not use consultant jargon, or ask questions that cannot be answered. Our services are bespoke to each of our client's specific needs, but always framed and supported by current legal regulations and policy. Our job is to ensure you are always fully aware of what an employer can do, should do, and cannot do.
Whilst we are based in the North West, we advise organisations across Northern Ireland and Ireland. In keeping with the ethos of our company, which is to provide immediacy and direct access to our clients, we strongly recommend that first meetings and all subsequent key engagements take place on our client's premises or at an alternative location of their choosing.
